  • A photo of the HMI/alarm screen if possible
  • Which machine/station is affected
  • What happened immediately before the error (startup, cycle, actuator motion, etc.)

Also note any abnormal symptoms: no air pressure, motor trip, sensor LED state, or safety circuit open.
