Getting started What Edmund is: an assistant that answers from your plant's own documents, PLC programs, maintenance journals and connected databases, organized per machine as projects, with a source behind every answer. Ask Edmund How to phrase a technical question so Edmund starts a real search: name the machine or line, quote the HMI fault code exactly, tell it to search the documentation, and state the output you want — shown with one good and one weak example. Project knowledge How projects are structured in Edmund — one per machine or line — what a project's settings control (name, suggestions, data sources, tags), and how each project's QR code opens its chat and prints for the floor. Administration How to read Edmund's Overview dashboard after sign-in — the quick launch to chat, the sync and data-source status tiles, the knowledge-base charts and documents-by-category table — plus the admin-only Analytics view of message volume and per-user activity.
